Shambhu Prasad is Delhi-based and has been working in the social development sector handling Finance, Accounts & HR for the last 20 years. He completed his Master’s in Political Science from Delhi University. Then he worked with the Department of Education, Delhi University, for a couple of years.

The project involved working with Government schools in Jahangir Puri, a resettlement colony in Delhi. Later, he joined Centre for Alternative Dalit Media (CADAM) and has since 1995 been working in the HR Department. Currently, he is the Head of HR in Centre for Alternative Dalit Media (CADAM).
